Order Status
When will my order ship?
 

Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 2 business days. Items that may not be in stock include enamel jewelry. Check under "availability" in the item listing (see below) for more information.

Contact us if you're not sure whether an item is in stock.

I combine shipping, so all items ship for a flat rate regardless of how many items were ordered.

I ship Monday-Friday. Packages ordered between Friday late morning and Sunday night will be shipped Monday (custom orders and out-of-stock items will ship on a case-by-case basis).

I ship all domestic packages First Class Mail to the address specified during the checkout process. You will be able to check the status of your package directly from your markpoulin.com account. First Class Mail takes 1-3 business days anywhere in the U.S. You also have the option to upgrade domestic shipments to Priority or Express Mail, which is delivered faster.

I ship all international packages via First Class Mail by default. First Class Mail takes between 2 to 6 weeks and will vary by destination. International shipments can be upgraded to International Priority, which is 6-10 business days, or International Priority Express, which is 3-5 business days. International packages cannot be tracked once they leave the country.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please note - you are responsible for any customs or duties imposed by your home country, as I have no control over this process.

Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
Will I be responsible for duties, customs fees, or tariffs?
 

If you live outside the US, you are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or tariffs that may be imposed by your home country.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
 
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts.
